Origin Story
-
The Children of Nelena was formed when the first pack was made. Nelena had always been worshipped by a group of natives in America. When the tribe was threatened with a war, Nelena came down and granted the tribe a gift to help them defeat their enemies. Nelena asked a pack of wolves to give their lives to join their souls with that of the tribe members. Because of this the creature known as werewolves was born. Due to this the generations after the original tribe members were granted the same gift. A wolf is chosen once the gifted is of age (13). With this gift came a surprise to the tribe members, a mate. The scent of their mate and the touch of their mate offered a special draw to it. A mate’s scent is intoxicating to each other and the touch of a mate brings warmth and a spark (not dangerous…more of a tingling feeling) feeling.
